What are

DashboardGauges

Dashboard gauges are very important electrical instruments for manoeuvring any vehicle. Without a dashboard in the vehicle, there is a huge possibility of danger to the safety of the passengers. For example, a temperature gauge can give critical information regarding the engine and thus, prevent its overheating. This can not only save the passengers but also prevent vehicle breakdown that can incur the user a substantial financial loss. The application of dashboard gauges is mainly in the driver’s cockpit of the vehicle. There are various types of dashboards such as a Tachometer, speedometers, Oil Pressure gauges, Temperature gauges and Fuel gauges

Tachometers

Tachometers are used to indicate the revolutions of the engine, which can help a driver drive the vehicle at optimum fuel economy. Furthermore, it indicates to the driver when the engine RPM is in the red zone - so it can prevent any engine damage, which could be critical to the functionality of the vehicle and can incur heavy financial damage too

Pressure Gauges

Pressure gauges are devices used to measure various types of pressure such as absolute, gauge, differential or vacuum pressure. Usually, these types of gauges are used to calculate the pressure relative to the atmospheric pressure. It is important to note that when weight of liquid column and surface area parameters are used to indicate pressure, such a device is called a manometer. The most commonly used types of pressure gauges are Diaphragm, Bourdon Tube, Capsule, Bellows, Piezometer, Manometer, Absolute and Differential.  When we manufacture our pressure gauge, we adhere to the following quality and process standards:

Speedometers

Speedometers - one of the most important and widely used - display the instantaneous speed of the vehicle. Speedometers are critical to the safety of the passenger as well in terms of the transport regulations. Broadly, there are two types of speedometers - mechanical and electronic. While the mechanical speedometers use rotating flexible cables which are connected to the transmission of the vehicles, the electronic speedometers work on the principles of eddy-current models which are based on delivering series of electronic pulses.

Our team of experts do their best

Our team comprises highly skilled engineers, technicians, and manufacturing experts who possess a deep understanding of advanced technologies and cutting-edge techniques.

01

USER SPECIFICATIONS

The requirements of the customer are understood based on the industry and application of the gauges. Accordingly the materials and dimensions are finalised

02

DESIGN

Based on IS standards and quality benchmarks, gauges are designed as per the customer requirements

03

MACHINING

Post design, the components are machined and bought out hardware is assembled together. Illuminating stickers are then added to the gauges

04

TEST & DISPATCH

Post assembly of the machined components, factory acceptance test is done at the manufacturing facility, before it is dispatched to the client and installed
